We were picking up some snacks for my daughter and her friends dorm room. They were out of several items. Our friend tried to fill her soda at the fountain and part of the ice machine fell and hit her. She has a large bruise on her leg. The manager was not overly concerned or apologetic. Just had her fill out a form in case it goes further.

This visit, I was very disappointed with the workers around me. Most of them seemed miserable, the only person that smiled was the guy in the meat section wrapping food so shout out to him!! He seemed kind. When I was looking at bread, I overheard a snobby white lady with dirty blonde hair color in a ponytail, she had a small device I assume to scan items. She was directing the lift with another gentleman. I saw her walking past a coworker speaking to him in an angry tone/with an attitude very loudly. I heard the coworker say “yeah keep talking…” and stood quietly as she walked past. As she was passing him, she then shouted “YEAH THATS WHY YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT WOMEN!” And what seemed to be rolling her eyes. I do hope she heard me say “that’s crazyyyy bro like relax” because genuinely she needs to relax 😂. 1. People pay to even shop here, be respectful! Especially to those you are working with!! 2. If you have an issue with a coworker then take it up with the boss!! (If that’s doesn’t work call cooperate!) 3. If she has gone to the boss and nothing has been done about it then the overall work environment needs to be re-evaluated. I’d say she could get another job but real

A mandatory weekly visit for my family. Not only do they have tons of books with new ones coming in all the time, but they also have a great selection of music, audio books, board games, puzzles and video games. Such an awesome free resource to have for the city.

Love shopping here but poor customer service. If I have to pay to shop there, I expect excellent customer service. The employees stand around talking and have attitudes. I walked past 2 employees talking over 5 times while they watched me struggle to find an item. Never even asked to help. I had to interrupt their conversation or they would've ignored me 20 more times.. the sample ladies, when there are samples, are so grumpy and unwelcoming. Thats not the way to sell things.. and the men moving the pallets around hunk at you even if you aren't in the way to scare you and laugh at you. Ridiculous. Makes me feel bad for even being there, although I pay to be there..

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+++ Well, extremely clean, not near as busy as the Illinois Sam's clubs, very helpful staff, even saw some folks dancing! Now you know you got to be happy to be dancing on the job. Everything I needed, it's laid out a little different than the ones I'm used to, but I have no complaints. The prices were actually a little bit less expensive on certain items. I highly recommend! And, the bathrooms were spotless! They actually had the rotisserie chicken at the time of day I came through. Further south, people are standing in line waiting for them to pull the chickens out of the rotisserie.
